My Experience
This time was consumed by stress! Forced to teach online to connect with students, distant relatives, colleagues, and friends was difficult. I already knew how to work under pressure yet this experience pushed me further. I lost loved ones due to COVID and my Black community has suffered disproportionately. Not being able to come together and grieve is extremely difficult.'
I missed the springtime campus rituals, Steinmetz in person, and the upcoming Commencement.
