It started over spring break, perhaps in late March, and occures everyday.
My Experience
In a way unlike anything I've experienced in years, I tend to zone out while I walk, my mind focusing on nothing in particular while I listen to music and walk for miles. I don't really focus on the music, or the scenery, or where I'm generally going, but rather I just set out and walk for well over an hour everyday.
