My Experience
I'm taking many walks with my dog and in the past those walks were for exercise or to tire out the dog. Lately I've found myself stopping to admire the flowers, the budding trees, the grass becoming greener. I'm literally stopping to smell the roses (although they aren't out yet). It's become a form of meditation - we often walk past a local church and I make a point of looking to see what has changed since the day before. It's amazing how much more observant I've become!
